• Screen enclosures with a variety of screened roof styles
  Screen Builders custom designs one and two story screen enclosures. Our sales professionals will sit with you and go through the entire planning process and assess your building area in order to provide you with a custom screen that fits your needs. We offer a variety of screened roof styles including flat, peak, gable, half mansard, full mansard and hip. What makes Screen Builders' enclosures unique is our commitment to combine engineering and construction leadership with the finest materials designed for longevity and structural integrity.
• Aluminum roof enclosures that shield you from rainfall and direct sun
  Screen enclosures with aluminum roofs offer the same benefits as our screened roof enclosures with the added advantage of a fully shaded area for your expanding living. Aluminum roofs shield you from rainfall and harmful UV rays. We use quality materials for the aluminum frame structure and offer both insulated structural poly roof enclosures and non-insulated pan roof enclosures. Insulated structural poly pan roofs provide a quiet insulated roof with an R-14 insulation value and allow for skylights and fan beams. Non-insulated pan roof enclosures can't not be walked on and do not include skylights.

Optionally, a screened patio or porch can be converted with Florida glass into an additional room to welcome unexpected overnight company or to accommodate a new home office or children's playroom.

  Beautify your home with decorative doors and custom products from Screen Builders. Nothing makes a more lasting impression than a grand entry made possible with the many decorative doors we offer. Decorative doors add charm and interest to your home while increasing its value. Our wide selection of decorative and custom doors come with screen panels to allow for gentle breezes to pass through your home while keeping insects and pest out. Doors without screens are ideal for courtyard or large patio homes adding a prestigious outdoor grand foyer to any home.
• Gates, railing and fences custom designed to meet your decorative art choice
  Screen Builders designs gates for driveways, walkways, and foyers; railing for balconies and stairways, as well as, fences for backyards. When it comes to adding the finishing touch to your outdoor living turn to Screen Builders to deliver with a custom decorative design. All gates, railing and fences are constructed of the strongest alloy aluminum in the industry and are available in white or bronze color.

Options:

• Removable Screen Panels
  One of the biggest challenges of tropical storms is the flying debris, including small particles of sand and dirt - that clog the pours of screen enclosures making it impossible for the winds to pass through. The greater the winds, the greater the amount of debris, and the greater the strain placed on your screens. Removable panels engineered for easy removal by the homeowner opens the flow of air from one side of your enclosure through to the other side. The result is less resistance and less likeliness of screens tearing under unusual pressure. Removable screen panels put tropical storm preparedness back in the homeowner's hands. There is no need to slice screen panels or endure unnecessary structural damage that could be avoided if airflow was possible. And, no waiting for a repair crew to arrive and repair damaged screens post storm. Removable screen panels can easily be stored in garage and returned to their structural placement immediately following the storms.
• Pet screen
  Pet screen is a heavier thread screen used for greater durability below the chair rail for protection against damage caused by pets, intruding raccoons or weedwackers.
• Pet doors
  Per doors can be installed inside the standard door kick plate. They are available for small, medium and large pets.
• Kick plates
  For people that want extra protection below the chair rail or simply like the look of a panel below the chair rail we offer kick plates in a variety of heights (8", 12", 16", 20", 24", 30"and 36").
• Shade screen
  Shade screen is great for the western exposure or an area in your screen roof you wish to shade for a seating area below.
• Weedwacker screen
• Florida glass
  Turning your screen patio into a Florida room is easy with Florida glass. This acrylic and vinyl windows are completely removable for flexibility in various weather conditions. Available in clear or tinted this laminated screening with a translucent vinyl keeps sprinklers and ground dirt out while providing greater privacy. We offer horizontal sliding two-track windows. All Florida glass is available in Shade (40-50%), Sunscreen (70%), Suntex 80 (80%), or Suntex 90 (90%).
